Lakeside Country Homes has proudly served the Bancroft area since 1999. Owner and operator Todd Bertram, a resident of Paudash Lake, brings over 25 years of local experience to every project. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, and raised in the GTA, Todd combines a strong technical background with a disciplined, professional work ethic—delivering that expertise to cottage country.

At Lakeside Country Homes, our focus is always on the customer. We intentionally take on only one major project at a time, ensuring your needs, requirements, and expectations receive our full attention. This approach has consistently allowed us to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and value—on schedule and within budget.

Through the successful completion of multiple Ontario Building Code courses, along with his technical expertise, Todd has earned a registered Designer designation. This allows us to offer in-house design and drafting services, providing a seamless experience from concept to completion.

Our extensive experience working with municipalities and regulatory authorities gives our clients a distinct advantage during the permit approval process. As zoning requirements and regulations continue to evolve, our proven track record helps make navigating approvals more efficient and far less stressful for homeowners.

We have completed design/build projects across the region, including Paudash Lake, Baptiste Lake, Faraday Trout Lake, Bay Lake, Chandos Lake, Jack Lake, Wolf Lake, Kennisis Lake, and throughout the Bancroft area.
